Session Format

We have moved away from predetermined session titles — you choose the subject. Submissions will be grouped by theme once received.

Topics might include — but are not limited to:

• Equipment & technique
• Novel developments & A.I.
• Legislative considerations & governance
• Commissioning surveys
• Use of reports in the planning process
• The view from outside the UK

Presentations & Discussion

• 15 minutes per paper
• Up to 5 minutes for clarifications
• 15-minute session close — all presenters join the chair for an open discussion and audience Q&A

This format is designed to generate meaningful debate across the sector — not just individual presentations.

Abstract Guidelines

  Abstracts should be no more than 200 words and may include up to three images.

  Submit as a PDF to [email protected] by Friday 3 April 2026.

  If you feel your submission would be better suited as a poster, please state this clearly at the time of submission. Due to time constraints, we may ask some submissions to be presented as posters.
